Introduction:

We are looking for a dynamic Plant Manager to take full responsibility for overseeing manufacturing operations and driving efficiency across the plant. This role requires a strong leader who can manage people, production, and processes with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and optimize day-to-day plant operations to meet output and quality targets
2. Manage production capacity, asset utilization, cost control, and delivery timelines
3. Ensure efficient allocation of manpower and resources
4. Analyze performance data to reduce waste, overtime, and process gaps
5. Develop and monitor safety procedures and enforce compliance
6. Set, manage, and track operating budgets and KPIs
7. Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality standards (e.g. ISO, Six Sigma)
8. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership
9. Build and coach high-performing teams, address employee issues, and drive motivation
10. Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and staff development

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, Chinese specking preferred.
3. Minimum 8 years of experience in plant operations or manufacturing management, with proven leadership in a high-volume production environment
4. Solid understanding of production planning, budget control, and cost reduction strategies
5. Familiarity with quality systems (e.g. ISO), lean manufacturing, process improvement, and safety compliance
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and ERP systems
7. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach cross-functional teams
8. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
