Introduction:

Siam Eastern Industrial Park Mabyangporn Subdistrict, Pluakdaeng District, Rayong Province

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives to ensure the company has the right structure, talent, and capabilities to support business growth.
  2. Drive organizational change and transformation projects to help employees and teams adapt effectively in a dynamic business environment.
  3. Design and implement employee engagement, culture development, and organizational effectiveness programs to enhance employee experience and company culture.
  4. Partner closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and external consultants to align people strategies with business objectives.
  5. Analyze organizational challenges and implement effective OD solutions, including team effectiveness, leadership alignment, performance improvement, and process optimization.
  6. Develop and improve HR policies, frameworks, systems, and people management practices to support business goals and operational excellence.
  7. Design and implement talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs aligned with the company’s long-term strategy.
  8. Collaborate with senior management to identify future talent requirements, key positions, and workforce capabilities across all business functions.
  9. Support learning and development initiatives, competency frameworks, and performance management systems to strengthen employee capabilities.
  10. Act as a change agent to promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and a positive organizational culture.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. At least 8–10 years of experience in Organization Development (OD), Talent Management, HR Development, or related HR functions.
  3. Strong knowledge of organizational development methodologies, competency frameworks, learning & development, and change management practices.
  4. Experience in talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, and organizational transformation projects.
  5. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and facilitation skills.
  6. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in both Thai and English.
  7. Good knowledge of management systems and standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and related compliance standards.
  8. Ability to develop HR policies, business guidelines, and implementation plans effectively.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  10. Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset and positive working attitude.
  11. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all organizational levels and drive change effectively.
