Responsibilities:
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives to ensure the company has the right structure, talent, and capabilities to support business growth.
- Drive organizational change and transformation projects to help employees and teams adapt effectively in a dynamic business environment.
- Design and implement employee engagement, culture development, and organizational effectiveness programs to enhance employee experience and company culture.
- Partner closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and external consultants to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze organizational challenges and implement effective OD solutions, including team effectiveness, leadership alignment, performance improvement, and process optimization.
- Develop and improve HR policies, frameworks, systems, and people management practices to support business goals and operational excellence.
- Design and implement talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs aligned with the company’s long-term strategy.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify future talent requirements, key positions, and workforce capabilities across all business functions.
- Support learning and development initiatives, competency frameworks, and performance management systems to strengthen employee capabilities.
- Act as a change agent to promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and a positive organizational culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 8–10 years of experience in Organization Development (OD), Talent Management, HR Development, or related HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of organizational development methodologies, competency frameworks, learning & development, and change management practices.
- Experience in talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, and organizational transformation projects.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in both Thai and English.
- Good knowledge of management systems and standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and related compliance standards.
- Ability to develop HR policies, business guidelines, and implementation plans effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset and positive working attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all organizational levels and drive change effectively.
