The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Operations Management Executive to join our dynamic central kitchen team. This is a unique "ground-up" opportunity designed for a high-potential individual with an unwavering passion for operational excellence and a desire to build a career in leadership. You will be immersed in every facet of our high-technology central kitchen operations, gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of our processes, from ingredient sourcing to final product dispatch. What You Will Do (Hands-On & Ground-Up):
Process Mastery: Dive deep into the daily operations of our central kitchen, meticulously learning and understanding all workflows including raw material receiving, storage, preparation, cooking, portioning, packaging, and dispatch.
Technology Integration: Work directly with our advanced kitchen technology, including automated cooking systems, robotic packing lines, inventory management systems, and data analytics platforms. Identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency through technology.
Operational Efficiency & Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement across all production stages. Contribute to and lead small-scale projects aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing waste, and improving quality.
Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, etc.), quality control protocols, and operational procedures. Assist in implementing and monitoring best practices for hygiene and product integrity.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, culinary experts, engineers, and supply chain professionals. Gain a comprehensive understanding of interdepartmental dependencies.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, measure performance, and support informed decision-making.
Problem Solving: Actively participate in troubleshooting operational issues, implementing corrective actions, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any domain Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Food Science & Technology, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
2-3 years of experience in an operations-focused role, preferably within food manufacturing, FMCG, high-volume production, or a similar environment. (Exceptional fresh graduates with relevant internships are highly encouraged to apply).
Demonstrated understanding of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies or similar operational excellence frameworks is a plus.
Familiarity with food safety management systems (HACCP, ISO 22000) is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Experience with ERP systems or manufacturing execution systems (MES) is a plus.
