Introduction:

WHA1, Rayong

Responsibilities:

1. Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) for machinery and equipment.
2. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation systems to ensure smooth production operations.
3. Support production lines by minimizing machine downtime and improving operational efficiency.
4. Conduct daily machine inspections and maintain maintenance records accurately.
5. Coordinate with production and engineering teams regarding maintenance activities and machine issues.
6. Control and manage spare parts usage, including inventory monitoring and stock records.
7. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with EHS and workplace safety standards.
8. Support installation, setup, and testing of new machinery and equipment.
9. Prepare maintenance reports and related technical documentation.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields.
2. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
3. Knowledge of PLC systems, automation systems, or electrical systems will be an advantage.
4. Ability to read machine drawings, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics.
5. Able to communicate in Chinese for daily work operations.
6. Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
