Introduction:

Maintenance & Facility Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure correct operation of all facility systems, including electrical, solar, waste water, air compressor, chiller, cooling tower, water supply, ventilation, and fire protection systems.

2. Manage and implement preventative maintenance (PM) for all facility systems while also increasing their efficiency.

3. Manage and administrate all spare parts utilized for facility operations.

4. Manage and handle expenditures incurred throughout all facility activities.

5. Inspection of the facility's equipment and main train condition

6. Analyze all facility breakdowns and develop a preventative action plan to limit recurrence and safeguard facility assets.

7. Ensure that there are no delays in the preventive maintenance plan and the problem countermeasures.

8. Control and manage energy-saving projects to achieve CO2 reduction targets.

9. Manage the IATF16949 system and verify that the amendment covers all facility operations.

11. Manage manpower and care for your team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. At least 5 years of experience.
3. Must have Associate Electrical Engineer License.
4. Can communicate in English.
