Introduction:

Responsibilities:

·         Manage and optimize overall logistics costs for inbound and outbound shipments, including SAP TM data updates and accuracy (Transportation Management).

·         Choosing a shipping/forwarding company (including bidding activity) and managing performance.

·         Guide and prepare the application and accurate report of imported goods for Duty and/or Customs fee exemption, as well as exported goods with imported materials usage (Privileged, FTA, Tariff, etc.) for both new implementation goods items and improvement opportunity of current goods items.

·         Collaborate with the shipping/forwarding company to optimize the lead time of inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining quality and cost control.

·         Collaborate with Shipping/Forwarder to ensure the completion and accuracy of shipping documents in accordance with general Shipping Instructions or customer requirements.

·         Ensure company license and permit were up to date, including guiding company for the most competitive privileged option for both finished goods and raw material.

·         Verify import entry and process Cut E-Banking for import VAT and Import Duty clearance.

Requirements:

•         A bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is required.

•         A minimum of ten years' experience in logistics operations (Thai Customs, Privileged, FTA regulations, Import, and Export).

•         Excellent command of the English language and presentation skills.

•         Previous experience with cost-cutting projects in the logistics field.

•         Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

•         Freight forwarding experience is preferred.
