An exclusive and premium membership club that offer bespoke and premium experiences that centers around entertainment, travel, sports and wellness is looking for individuals who are passionate about curating luxury lifestyle programs to join us as Lifestyle Producer.

Responsibilities:

As a Lifestyle Producer, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating personalized programs and events, managing budgets and vendor relationships, overseeing marketing and content strategies, and ensuring seamless execution to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.


  • Manage a calendar of lifestyle and experiential events catering to member interests.
  • Manage program budgets and develop personalized, high-touch programs that add value and enhance the member experience.
  • Keep abreast with industry trends and member preferences to introduce creative, engaging programs.
  • Foster community engagement by creating programs that encourage active participation and a sense of belonging.
  • Collaborate with the Lifestyle Concierge team to develop promotional materials and communicate program details clearly and timely to members
  • Maintain and update website content and social media channels to drive member engagement.
  • Manage external agencies and partners for content creation and promotional marketing execution.
  • Build and manage relationships with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and secure specialized services.
  • Oversee the entire planning, organization, and execution of member events, ensuring seamless logistics (venue setup, catering, entertainment).
  • Oversee member registrations and ensure accurate tracking of attendance and participation to events and activities.
  • Collect and analyse member feedback post-events to assess program effectiveness and implement improvements.


Requirements:

  • Tertiary education is preferred
  • Well groom & speaks well
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in program management, event planning, or hospitality, ideally within a private members club, luxury hotel, or similar high-end service environment.
  • Able to manage multiple projects with strong organization skill.
  • Experienced in budget management and allocation.
  • Experienced in planning and executing events with precision.
  • Design programs that enhance member satisfaction.
  • Adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Digital marketing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge in luxury lifestyle preferred.
  • Liaising with external vendors
  • Creating event calender
