Introduction:

Our Client Is looking for teammates to join their legal department urgently. Details are as follows:

Responsibilities:

• To provide legal support across the company group and company departments;
• To Draft, review and advise on letters, documents and commercial contracts and related legal issues;
• To provide support to Legal Team to execute and prepare the necessary documents;
• To assist in any ad hoc legal & compliance-related matters;
• To assist in China Business development and related legal issues;
• To conduct legal research.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Legal studies
• 1 -2 year of legal experience gained from law firms or in house environment
• Good command of written Chinese and English is a MUST
• Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Word Processing (both Chinese and English)
• Good communication, interpersonal and administrative skills
• Self-motivated, independent and hardworking
• Pro-active, willing to learn and to serve
