Introduction:
• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Huai Khwang District, Bangkok.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned Key Account customers, primarily overseas clients, and ensure effective coordination with international customers and overseas offices.
- Act as the main point of contact for overseas offices and agents, providing end-to-end follow-up on shipment status and service quality.
- Conduct market research and analyze logistics and freight market trends to support pricing strategies and business planning.
- Handle enquiries from overseas offices and agents, source competitive costs for air freight and domestic transportation from internal teams and approved suppliers, and propose timely and practical solutions.
- Assess, design, and recommend the most efficient transportation routes, with a strong focus on air freight operations.
- Monitor cargo movement and closely coordinate with the operations team to ensure shipments are handled according to customer requirements and delivered within agreed deadlines.
- Collect and address customer feedback, resolve service issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with assigned customers and overseas agents.
- Review, clarify, and manage RFQ conditions with overseas offices, agents, and customers, and develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with current market conditions to achieve assigned targets.
- Coordinate with the Key Account Manager and Managing Director on customer management, reporting, and assigned projects.
- Develop and maintain internal SOPs in accordance with customer requirements and ensure alignment with the operations team for consistent execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or a related industry.
- Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Strong knowledge of Air Freight operations; extensive air freight experience will be a significant advantage.
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Flexible working hours and ability to adapt to business requirements.
- Open-minded, proactive, and eager to learn with a positive working attitude.
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and Excel (basic formulas and reporting).
