International Sales Manager (3D Engineering Solutions)

Introduction:

The International Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding global business opportunities and managing strategic accounts in the 3D solutions and engineering services industry. The role focuses on building strong relationships with multinational technology companies such as HP, Intel, and other high-tech manufacturers. The ideal candidate should have an engineering background, experience in 3D design or automation solutions, and strong industry connections.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop international sales strategies to expand the company’s 3D solutions and engineering services.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with multinational companies such as HP, Intel, and other technology manufacturers.
  3. Identify and develop new business opportunities within electronics, semiconductor, and advanced manufacturing industries.
  4. Serve as the key contact for international clients and manage negotiations and project discussions.
  5. Work closely with internal engineering teams to provide 3D design solutions and technical support to customers.
  6. Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
  7. Utilize existing industry connections and networks to introduce potential clients and business opportunities.
  8. Support project development from concept design to final delivery.
  9. Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends to support strategic planning.
  10. Represent the company at international meetings, exhibitions, and customer visits.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 5–10 years of experience in international sales, business development, or technical sales.
  3. Experience in 3D solutions, product design, automation systems, or engineering services.
  4. Experience working with or supporting multinational companies such as HP, Intel, or similar global technology companies.
  5. Strong industry network and professional connections within electronics or semiconductor sectors.
  6. Knowledge of 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar) is preferred.
  7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  8. Fluent in English.
