Institutional Wealth Director to drive the growth of our institutional wealth management business. This role focuses on developing and managing relationships with institutional clients, including corporations, foundations, endowments, and other large organizations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of institutional investment needs, a proven track record in securing and managing large-scale client relationships, and the ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional wealth management solutions.
Institutional Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Develop and execute a strategic plan to acquire and retain institutional clients.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target institutions.
Conduct in-depth analysis of institutional client needs and develop customized wealth management solutions.
Investment Strategy and Advisory:
Provide expert guidance on investment strategies, asset allocation, and portfolio construction tailored to the specific needs of institutional clients.
Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes to ensure clients receive timely and relevant advice.
Present investment recommendations and performance reports to institutional clients.
Business Development and Market Expansion:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the institutional wealth management sector.
Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and build relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and market innovative institutional wealth management products and services.
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead and mentor a team of wealth management professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Provide guidance on client relationship management, investment strategy, and business development.
Ensure team compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Risk Management and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.

Proven track record of success in developing and managing relationships with institutional clients.
