Introduction:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic and hands-on HR environments, acting as a trusted advisor to management while ensuring smooth execution of core HR functions.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the Thailand HR representative, collaborating with the global HR team
2. Lead HR projects aligned with organizational strategy and business objectives
3. Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, training, employee relations, and HR strategy
4. Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and oversee compensation, benefits, and welfare programs
5. Conduct salary market surveys and stay informed on industry trends
6. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR-related matters
7. Support key HR processes such as workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management
8. Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and team development
9. Spearhead local organizational design and change management initiatives
10. Coordinate with shared services for payroll and benefits administration
11. Represent the company in external HR-related matters
12. Monitor organizational trends and provide insights for talent planning and retention
13. Identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in a broad HR function or business partner role
3. Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Experience working in international or matrix organizations preferred
5. Proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to work confidently across all organizational levels
6. Willingness to travel for overseas or upcountry business trips as required
7. SAP knowledge is an advantage
