Introduction:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic consultant, partnering directly with business leaders to align people strategy with organizational goals. This role is responsible for driving effective talent acquisition, managing competitive compensation and benefits, ensuring full compliance, and leveraging data to make informed workforce decisions. The ideal candidate blends deep HR functional expertise with strong business acumen and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Talent Management & Workforce Planning

  1. Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with department heads to understand long-term staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans for critical roles. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality, professional candidate experience that strengthens the employer brand.
  2. Onboarding & Development: Oversee a structured onboarding process that accelerates new hire productivity. Identify and support employee development initiatives and career pathing.

2. Compensation, Benefits, and Rewards Strategy

  1. C&B Design & Review: Design, implement, and continuously review competitive compensation structures, grading, and benefits programs that support talent attraction and retention goals.
  2. Market Competitiveness: Lead salary benchmarking and market analysis projects to ensure the organization's C&B offerings remain externally competitive and internally equitable.
  3. Rewards Execution & Compliance (Payroll): Oversee and ensure the accuracy and timely administration of the monthly payroll, including tax deductions, social security, and compliance with all relevant Thai labor laws.

3. HR Analytics, Reporting, and Strategic Insight

  1. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel to analyze core HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time-to-hire, training ROI, payroll costs).
  2. Leadership Consulting: Prepare strategic dashboards and compelling reports for leadership, identifying workforce trends and providing actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and employee engagement.

4. HR Communication, Change Management, and Employee Experience

  1. Policy & Communication Design: Create clear, engaging, and professional HR communications, policies, and presentations to ensure organizational clarity and adherence.
  2. Visual Storytelling: Utilize tools like Canva to design effective visual aids, infographics, and engaging employee materials that support change management initiatives and internal communication efforts.
  3. Compliance & Policy Adherence: Serve as the internal expert on Thai labor law, ensuring all HR practices, policies, and documentation meet legal requirements and foster a fair working environment.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record in strategic support across Payroll, Recruitment, and Compensation & Benefits (C&B).
  3. Strong, practical knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  4. Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
  5. Proficiency in Data Analysis tools such as Power BI for reporting and visualization.
  6. Ability to use visual communication tools, specifically Canva, for creating engaging HR materials.
  7. Exceptional organizational, cross-functional communication, and problem-solving skills.
  8. Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing demands, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
