Introduction:
HR & GA Assistant Manager, Full Loop HR
Responsibilities:
- Core HR Operations: Supervise day-to-day operations across end-to-end HR functions, ensuring smooth delivery of Recruitment, Payroll administration, Training & Development, and Employee Relations (HRM & HRD).
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide the HR & GA team; allocate workloads, monitor performance, and support the professional development of subordinates.
- General Administration (GA): Oversee office utilities, facilities management, and general administrative services to ensure operational continuity and a safe working environment.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and maintain key HR metrics and data; prepare comprehensive monthly and annual reports to support management's strategic decision-making.
- Compliance & Labor Relations: Ensure all company policies, employee practices, and HR workflows strictly comply with Thai labor laws and relevant government regulations.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a central point of contact to coordinate with internal departments and handle external relations with suppliers, vendors, and government authorities.
- Strategic Planning: Assist the HR Manager in planning and executing talent retention strategies, employee engagement activities, and performance management cycles.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 5–10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and General Administration, with proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role being a distinct advantage.
Technical & Functional Skills
- HR Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of end-to-end HR functions (both HRM and HRD) and basic General Administration protocols.
- Legal Knowledge: Strong, up-to-date understanding of Thai Labor Law, social security regulations, and employment compliance.
- Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel (data analysis, formulas) and PowerPoint (management presentations).
- Language Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken) is a major advantage.
