Introduction:

One of Asia's premier tourist destinations is seeking a committed and dynamic individual to join them as a Human Resource Executive (3 months contract) with opportunity to convert into a permanent role

Responsibilities:

• Assist and implement people policies and systems within company guidelines
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for employees
• Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record
• Assist on welfare and benefits matters, recruitment and on boarding of employees
• Assist in daily operations of the HR department
• Assigned to other HR and admin projects from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma or A Level in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
• More than 1 year of relevant experience would be preferred
• Competent in MS Office applications
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to details and ability to meet deadlines
• A team player with self-motivation
