Introduction:

Salary: 200,000 300,000 THB Location: Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), Thailand Key Requirements: - Stable employment history; frequent job changes are discouraged. - Excellent English communication skills. - Experience in large multinational manufacturing facilities with proven team leadership. - Strong knowledge of HR practices and audits aligned with global quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage the HR, Admin, and Audit teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies. 
  2. Represent the HR leadership of Thailand in global meetings and initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of local practices with global standards. 
  3. Conduct regular audits of all departments to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. 
  4. Design and implement comprehensive talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent. 
  5. Develop career growth frameworks and succession planning to nurture employees' professional development and career progression. 
  6. Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and maintain a culture of continuous learning and development. 
  7. Oversee the design and implementation of organizational structures that support business objectives and improve efficiency. 
  8. Implement continuous improvement initiatives and recommend changes to enhance operational effectiveness. 
  9. Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to the global HR team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic plans. 
  10. Act as the point of contact for HR-related communications between the Thailand office and the global team. 
  11. Collaborate with international counterparts to harmonize HR practices and support global HR projects. 
  12. Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the companys overall business strategy. 
  13. Provide expert guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters and organizational policies. 
  14. Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant.  


Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree or higher in a related discipline, with over 15 years of solid experience in HRBP and HR strategy management, preferably within a large multinational manufacturing environment. 
  2. Excellent proficiency in English, with effective communication skills suitable for all levels of the organization, from executives to production operators. 
  3. Extensive experience and familiarity with quality management systems and auditing processes related to HR disciplines and plant operations. 
  4. Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, with a preference for understanding international laws and current HR trends. 
  5. Proven ability to thrive in a global work environment and adapt to meeting schedules across different time zones. 
  6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to complete projects within established timelines and effectively collaborate with a global HR team while understanding diverse work cultures.
