HR & BOI Coordinate (Chinese Speaking)

Introduction:
Yamato Industrial, Nong Yai, Chonburi
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate BOI investment promotion projects, ensuring all activities comply with approved project conditions and requirements
- Review BOI promotion certificates, privileges, conditions, and relevant requirements to ensure the company maintains compliance and fully utilizes its entitled benefits
- Handle BOI applications and transactions through the online BOI system, including submission, follow-up, and status monitoring
- Coordinate machinery-related BOI privileges, including duty exemption/reduction, machinery importation, item amendments, and account closure under BOI regulations
- Manage BOI privileges related to raw materials and essential materials, including import/export records, utilization tracking, and account reconciliation
- Coordinate the approval and placement of foreign skilled workers and specialists under BOI privileges, including relevant position approvals and employment procedures
- Handle BOI-related Visa and Work Permit processes for foreign employees and coordinate with relevant government authorities
- Prepare and submit required BOI reports while monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely submission in accordance with project conditions
- Coordinate the preparation of documents and procedures for project commencement and operational approval under BOI requirements
- Handle BOI project amendments, including changes to production capacity, products, manufacturing processes, and other approved project details
- Liaise with BOI, Customs Department, Department of Employment, and other relevant government authorities regarding regulatory and operational matters
- Prepare and organize supporting documents for BOI inspections, government audits, and official inquiries
- Work closely with HR, Accounting, Purchasing, Import & Export, Production, Warehouse, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth BOI operations
- Maintain and systematically organize BOI-related documents, including promotion certificates, approval letters, import/export records, and supporting documentation
- Monitor updates to BOI regulations, announcements, and criteria and communicate relevant changes to ensure continued compliance and protection of company privileges
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in BOI-related functions, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of BOI investment promotion privileges, project conditions, and compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with BOI online systems, including application submission, document preparation, and status tracking
- Knowledge of BOI privileges related to machinery, raw materials, import/export activities, and account reconciliation
- Experience handling foreign skilled workers, specialists, Visa, and Work Permit procedures under BOI privileges is an advantage
- Strong coordination skills with BOI officers, government authorities, and internal departments
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up on deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation
- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and capable of handling urgent issues and solving problems effectively
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Good command of written and spoken English for document preparation and business coordination
- Chinese language skills will be an advantage
