Introduction:

Our client is an UK based ecommerce solutions provider with global presence in supply chain field, is now looking for a Head of Solutions and Commercial (Guangzhou based) to strengthen its suppliers' onboarding and network

Responsibilities:

1. Reporting to the Country Manager, Asia
2. Develop suppliers onboarding and networks enhancement
3. Expand markets in USA, EU, Middle East, Latin America, etc.
4. Develop and implement world class and market competitive solutions with a view to customer adoption
5. Ensure yield optimisation through strategic pricing Develop supplier network to support company growth strategies
6. Lead supplier onboarding and integration
7. Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve company strategies

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in business management
2. 8 years of relevant work experience in end-to-end distribution network solutions, pricing/ commercial, e-commerce, and/or supply chain management
3. Experience in developing and implementing network solutions, including supplier onboarding
4. Operational experience in supply chain and logistics required
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills required

Additional Requirements: 

1. Required to perform other duties as assigned by the company from time-to-time, subject to adequate experience and/or training 
2. Participate in the annual performance appraisal process and objective scheme
