Key Responsibilities:

Lead fabric sourcing & development Drive the innovation and procurement of premium, sustainable, cost-effective materials.

Manage supplier partnerships Build strong relationships, negotiate pricing, and oversee compliance.

Drive innovation & sustainability Introduce cutting-edge fabrics, smart textiles, and eco-friendly alternatives.

Collaborate across functions Work closely with design, product development, and manufacturing teams.

Optimize global sourcing Identify efficiencies, consolidate sourcing, and leverage economies of scale.

Engage with global markets Travel to key markets (USA, Australia, Europe) to enhance customer value.

Requirements:

Expertise in fabric sourcing & innovation Minimum 6 years in apparel sourcing and textile development.

Technical knowledge Strong understanding of fabric construction, performance textiles, and sustainability.

Proven negotiation skills Ability to manage global supplier relationships effectively.

Multicultural experience Comfort working across cultures and international teams.

Fluent in English & Mandarin Strong communication skills in both languages.
