Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting

• Prepare and review all internal and external financial statements, including the balance sheet,

income statement, fixed assets, statement of cash flows, and accompanying notes, ensuring

compliance with GAAP/IFRS.

• Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for financial reporting,

ensuring timely and accurate completion.

• Conduct technical accounting research and prepare memos to document the company’s position

on complex accounting issues (e.g., revenue recognition, lease accounting, equity transactions).

• Coordinate with external auditors, providing necessary documentation and support during annual

audits and quarterly reviews.

General Accounting & Operations

• Oversee and review the work of junior accounting sta􀆯 related to general ledger and sub-ledger

transactions as needed.

• Reconcile complex accounts and ensure all financial records, including fixed asset accounts, are

maintained accurately and systematically.

• Drive process improvement initiatives within the finance function to increase e􀆯iciency and

accuracy.

• Develop and implement process mapping and workflow optimization to streamline accounting

operations.

• Apply analytical skills to identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and support strategic decisionmaking.

• Create and apply innovative solutions to enhance financial reporting and operational

e􀆯ectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 6+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with a strong focus on financial

reporting (Public Accounting experience is highly desirable).

• Experience with SAP and standard knowledge of Taxation.

• Fair command of spoken and written English is an advantage.
