Responsibilities:

• Manage logistics operations to ensure compliance with the companys standards.
• Oversee and advise employees in various logistics-related areas.
• Plan and set goals for logistics operations to support the business.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and cost-effective service delivery.
• Manage human resources and finances to keep costs in line with the allocated budget.
• Report on performance and participate in monthly meetings.

Requirements:

• No gender restrictions, age not exceeding 50 years.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in the transportation business, with at least 5 years in management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of nationwide transportation (Cross Docking, First Mile, Last Mile).
• High motivation and ability to manage change effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese or English will be an advantage.
