Introduction:

We're looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead operations at our plastic packaging plant in the Saha Group Industrial Estate, Sriracha. You'll manage a team of 200 employees, overseeing all aspects of production, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee entire factory operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
2. Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high quality standards (GMP, ISO, FDA).
3. Drive efficiency improvements and manage budget/cost control.
4. Lead, mentor, and develop a large, diverse team.
5. Ensure safety and environmental compliance.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
2. 810 years manufacturing experience, with 35 years in a senior management role, ideally in plastic packaging (injection molding, blow molding).
3. Strong knowledge of plastic production processes, quality standards (GMP, ISO), and efficiency methodologies (LEAN, KAIZEN).
4. Proficiency in ERP systems and good English communication skills.
