Responsibilities:

Requirements:

-Manage and oversee the engineering team, providing advice, mentoring, and training to ensure their success and professional development.

-Create and execute manufacturing methods and procedures that improve efficiency, quality, and safety.

-To create and deploy new products or processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams from design engineering, production, and quality assurance.

-Drive continuous improvement projects and use lean manufacturing concepts to increase productivity, decrease waste, and improve overall operational efficiency.

-Monitor and evaluate production data and metrics to find areas for improvement and take corrective action as necessary.

-To provide a safe and ecologically friendly workplace, follow business policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

-Control and supervise the installation of new equipment, technology, and automation systems to improve production capabilities and efficiency.

-Establish and oversee the engineering budget to ensure that resources are allocated optimally and costs are controlled.

-Coordinate with suppliers and partners to identify and evaluate innovative technologies, materials, and equipment that can enhance production processes and save costs.

-Provide technical support and direction to help address difficult manufacturing challenges, troubleshoot problems, and maximize production output.

Requirements

-Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or related field. Master\'s degrees are preferable.

-Proven expertise in manufacturing engineering, with at least 5 years in a position of management.

-Solid experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and project management

-Skilled with all engineering tools.

-Experience with quality management systems and regulatory standards.
