Introduction:

A well established US based B2B electronic online ordering platform located in Kwai Hing, Hong Kong is hiring customer services officer to cope with the growing business.

Responsibilities:

•              Handle customers enquiries, complaints of pre-sales and after-sales via call, email and web chat in a timely and professional manner
•              Process order/quotation submitted via fax, email and Internet
•              Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

•              Associate degree or above
•              At least 1 year of work experience in call centre/ customer service
•              Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks quickly and accurately
•              Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin
•              Proficient in PC Skills, including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
•              Good interpersonal and communication skills
