Introduction:

Location: Bangkok, MRT Rama 9 Working Days: Monday to Friday Salary: 20,000 25,000 THB

Responsibilities:


Key Responsibilities:

       Accurately process customer orders into the system.

       Verify pricing details with the Country Sales/Pricing department.

       Ensure accurate posting of orders in the system and send order acceptance confirmations to customers.

       Create delivery notes in the system and coordinate with the warehouse for product deliveries or confirm shipments with the plant or forwarding company.

       Manage operations with transport service providers, verifying and resolving delivery discrepancies.

       Ensure timely communication and documentation for customer shipments, invoices, and shipment records.

       Support credit management by addressing overdue invoice disputes as necessary.

       Manage returns of product in the system, ensuring accurate payment deductions with financial department support.

       Ensure effective and friendly communication with customers to maintain satisfaction.


Requirements:


       Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

       Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

       Familiarity with SAP or similar order processing systems is a plus.

       Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
