Introduction:

Cost Controller

Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Controlling in all aspects of financial management.

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Analyze actual performance versus budget and explain variances clearly.

• Manage inventory control for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

• Maintain transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking reports.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve resource allocation.

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements to guide decisions.

• Conduct operational audits in cost accounting when required.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processes.

• Take on ad-hoc projects and prepare reports or presentations as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

• 4–7 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling ideally in a manufacturing environment.

• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is a strong plus.
