Introduction:

Representing one of the finest hospitality , we are recruiting Corporate Development Manager .

Responsibilities:

Develop financial models, feasibility studies, valuation analysis, scenario analysis to support decision making

Assist with transactional activities such as deal due diligence, negotiations on key terms and structuring, etc.

Assist with the preparation of recommendation proposals, studies, and presentations for senior management.

Assist with managing strategic initiatives throughout the entire project cycle

Liaise with and manage relationships with relevant internal stakeholders as well as external advisers such as financial advisers, tax advisers, real estate consultancy firms, law firms, brokers, etc.

Assist with any other ad-hoc duties in coordinating the Corporate Development department

Requirements:

Requirements

Bachelors degree from a reputable university in Business, Finance, Real Estate or other relevant disciplines

Minimum 1-3 years experience in a similar role within hospitality/real estate companies, consulting, investment banking, or transaction advisory

Extensive analytical and financial skills, attention to detail and highly proficient in financial modelling

Strong presentation skills with an ability to clearly communicate complex information to stakeholders

Capable of balancing between a team player and being proactive to take initiative to own, follow-up, and investigate issues

Experience in hospitality/real estate industry highly advantageous but not necessary

Confident in communicating with stakeholders across all levels of seniority and able to translate technical speak for layperson

Able to demonstrate resourcefulness and critical thinking when dealing with complex, multi-faceted tasks.

Intellectually curious with adaptability and flexibility to balance ideal world versus immediate reality

Able to maintain motivation and drive to realize long term vision while also celebrating quick wins for initiatives with lengthy lifespan
