Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating external engineering services and managing construction on site, including overseeing civil works and machinery installations.
• Handle documentation with authorities and construction-related documents.
• Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring adherence to it and coordinating with suppliers for civil works.
• Issue procedures and work instructions, monitor the implementation of measures, and maintain control over work processes.
• Raise awareness and conduct regular ESH (Environment, Safety, and Health) training, providing information about ESH responsibilities and duties.
• Ensure immediate notification and response to unsafe or polluting hazards, and initiate preventive measures as needed.
• Demonstrate exemplary behavior in ESH and motivate others to adhere to safety and health standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Over 5 years of experience in managing construction and utility projects.
• Over 10 years of overall experience in construction projects.
• Expertise in leading construction projects, utility projects, refurbishments, repairs, and expansions.
• Proficiency in AUTOCAD, MS Office, and BIM.
• Knowledge of EIT MES and BCS standards.
• General knowledge of electrical systems and Controls & Drives.
• Good English communication skills.
