Introduction:

JOB SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for providing operational and Adhoc support to the business development department in APAC, assisting and driving the Business Plan process with Director, SBM, MDM, and Key interlocutors, and preparing monthly sales data for Director., SBM, and MDM’s monthly reporting, as well as, analysis evaluate customer satisfaction through satisfaction surveys.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:   

• Assist to build structure and process for the business development team
• Assisting in developing the business plan
• Report generation for the key areas with and through department heads
• Consolidate data within the segment, cross-segment, and external
• CRM Business Developer
• Market survey and follow-up target/KPI
• Coordinate business plan preparation by the Business Development team
• Support the Stage-Gate process in the compilation of project ranking
• Customer retention
• Business analysis: Product management/market price/profitability
• Support product launch with necessary marketing tools and trade fair preparations

Requirements:

• REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Chemical, Polymer, Packaging Technology, or other related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/ Business Development/ Marketing or Packaging Development in a Personal Care Consumer Company.
• Appropriated business experience and demonstrated coordination/task ownership abilities.Overseas qualifications and experience in an international company are an advantage.
• Familier working with multi-country, multilingual teams
• Be able to work independently and have good abilities in business and competitor analysis and strong analytical skills.
• Well-versed with computers and MS packages, and good presentation skills & coordination skill is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, specifically in both spoken and written English.
• The capability to speak or communicate in any regional language such as Chinese, Thai, Japanese, or any other would be added advantage
