Introduction:

Asst. Engineering Manager (Automotive)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for meeting production goals including production output, safety, on time delivery, and people initiatives 

Monitor performance and implement corrective action to meet goals.

Manages daily maintenance activities ,  work schedules, timesheet approvals, maintains employee files

Maintain all production and related quality assurance records.

Ensuring daily tasks and procedures are followed out safely and correctly.

Support the maintenance department planning shutdown work

Comply with all Company/Plant policies and Regulatory guidelines IATF 16949, ISO, OSHA, Quality and Safety Standards.

Manage labour and operations withing operating expenses (OPEX) budget.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields

Good background in Die Cutting is a plus.

Leadership/supervisory experience is required

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude

Highly detailed problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet target deadlines

Strong ability to effectively communicate in English (Oral and written)
