Introduction:

My client located at Central and they are looking for an Assistant (Administrative)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for provide administrative duties, daily mail (preparation of letters, correction, formatting, sending out emails and express courier letters)
• Support case management; electronic and paper archiving
• Follow up of cases under the supervision of lawyers
• Database management for the Court procedures
• Preparing Court’s documents and notification of Court’s decisions

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• 1-year administrative experience
• excellent computer skills (mainly Word, but also Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Good in written & spoken English is preferable

Package:

• Double pay
• 5 day work per week
