Responsibilities:

1. Manage and support internal accounting operations.
2. Prepare invoices, tax invoices, and withholding tax forms (PND 3, PND 53), and handle bank transactions.
3. Collect and organize financial documents for submission to the accounting office.
4. Review and ensure accuracy in monthly tax filings, reconcile financial statements, and coordinate with client companies.
5. Prepare and close financial statements.
6. Possess knowledge of personal taxation.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field.
2. Proven experience in accounting.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and financial reporting.
4. Proactive, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.
5. Diligent, patient, and highly responsible.
6. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
7. Open-minded and willing to learn new concepts and practices.
