Introduction:

A worldwide leader in the development and manufacture of electronic products for a wide range of consumer, business, and industrial needs, is hiring to cope with the growing business.

Responsibilities:

• To handle RFQ, PO processing and monitoring
• To keep close contact with customers and suppliers for quotation and follow up outstanding PO delivery status
• To maintain PO, invoice files and related purchasing records such as material, price, inventory and delivery records
• To work with shipping team and support logistics operations with warehouse & forwarders where necessary
• To assist other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 7 / DSE graduate or above
• 2 years of relevant international trading experiences especially in electrical parts and components
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Japanese is definitely an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communication skill, well organized and a fast learner
• Less experience will be considered as Procurement Coordinator
• Immediate available / short notice will be an advantage
