Introduction:

COD Support

Responsibilities:

Process customer order(s) into SAP accurately within 48hours from the time the order was received

Verify articles on customer order against latest Particle pricing with Country Sales/Pricing Dept

Process customer Invoice Price and shipment quantity discrepancies Credit/Debit Memo on a timely manner

Make delivery notes into the system and inform the warehouse for tires delivery or confirm with plant or forwarding company for shipment delivery

Follow up with Service Provider (SP) on deliveries and generate customer invoices for the deliveries with proper Proof of Delivery (POD) supporting

Ensure availability of all relevant customs and shipment documents / certificates

Support special assignments and new project(s) requirements assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements:

Bachelors degree related field

Excellence in English
