Introduction:

Automotive industry - steel fabrication and painting

Location: Chonburi, Thailand

Responsibilities:

       Efficiently manage and motivate production staff to adhere to work instructions (WI) and meet production goals.

       Track production performance and KPIs, ensuring targets are achieved as planned.

       Implement strategies to reduce costs and increase productivity.

       Inspect and maintain product quality standards before delivery to customers.

       Analyze production issues and implement solutions using PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methods.

Requirements:

       Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related field).

       Minimum of 10 years in production, preferably in automotive parts manufacturing.

       Experience in steel fabrication and painting is an advantage.

       Proficient in English and computer literacy.

       Strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making skills.

       Positive, energetic, proactive, and a good team leader.

       Excellent teamwork and cooperation skills.

       Familiarity with ISO standards including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and TS 16949.
