Introduction:
Location: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board Responsibilities:
Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our vast line of IoT and smart-home products.
Provide pre-sales support to our sales team including technical presentations, system design and assist with proposal development.
Assist the sales team with takeoffs and the completion of RFP/RFQ bids.
Provide pre-sales support to customers and communicate with clients’ technical team as needed.
Communicate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure proper functionality and deployment of systems to meet customer expectations.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelors’ degree
- 5 year’s plus sales experience and 2 years plus Sales Management Experience, ideally with proven performance selling IoT products (like intercom, access control, smart lock, security camera, security system,etc) or construction materials (like doors, lights, curtains, waterproof, etc)
- Fluent in English or Mandarin and local language
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
