Introduction:
Our Client seeking a potential candidate for the Supply chain Manager position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire supply chain team and planning function including
imported products, raw material planning, production planning, and logistics
planning.
- Master and improve the quality of incoming material,
improve supplier delivery performance and service level, reduce material cost Leading
budgeting process and budget control.
- Manage and drive material cost
/Logistics cost and ensure the result.
- Manage and drive overall
logistics process/performance including ERP/IT required
- Supports proper utilization of ERP system
- Ensure compliance for Thai
Regulation and external audit firm on import/export process including customs.
- Ensure and maximize taxes/international trade privilege e.g. FTA, GSP,
taxes refund.
- Monitors and corrects
inventory levels at outside warehouses (3PL) and internally to ensure rotation
and maximize working capital.
- Verify warehousing compliance & performance e.g. stock count, loading
check & record.
- Managing and ensure safety /environmental at warehousing
area including regulation related to chemical storage.
- Drive Continuous improvement
e.g. 6S/Kaizen/LEAN.
- Ensure export control
compliance including AEO/C-TPAT compliance.
- Accountable for business compliance
audit e.g. ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO18001.
- Leading and support change
management program in the company.
- Supplier Base management
/Supply Portfolio management.
- Set up Policy for supply chain
in group of company.
Requirements:
- Master 's degree in a supply chain/Logistics/Procurement.
- At least 3 years experiences on import/export
process/taxes with experience in managerial Role/level.
- Over 6 years of experiences in logistics, supply chain, procurement,
sourcing.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skill can communicate well in English (TOEIC
700).
- Result oriented mindset and adaptive capability.
- Proficient
in the handling of ERP and MS office is required.
- Lean/Six Sigma , KAIZEN knowledge would be an advantage.
