A minimum of 3 year experience in Research and Development or other related field
Good command and Auto cad program
Strong analytical and Problem solving skill
Ability to make clear communication and work as a team
Must have English communication skill
Able to learn an the jobs and effective time management

Co-operate with production Dept. to run pre-production test and set up standardize for product
Interacting with suppliers and ingredient consultants to keep abreast of new products and technologies
Setting up standard procedures and training materials for new product launches to support the simplification of operations.
