Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and review warranty claim information, including repair orders, parts invoices, and supporting documentation.
• Enter warranty claim data accurately and efficiently into the BMW warranty system.
• Verify warranty eligibility and compliance with BMW warranty policies and procedures.
• Communicate with BMW representatives and technicians to resolve any warranty claim-related issues.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date warranty records and documentation.
• Prepare and submit warranty claims to BMW in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure that warranty work is completed according to BMW's standards.
• Stay up-to-date with BMW warranty guidelines and industry trends.

 

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing warranty policies and procedures.
• Prior experience in automotive warranty administration is a plus but not required.
