Responsibilities:

Job Description:

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, managing logistics, and coordinating import-export activities. You will play a key role in warehouse management and planning for the flow of raw materials to finished goods. Your experience with SAP and proven leadership capabilities will be instrumental in managing a team of over 20 professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimize operations.
2. Manage and coordinate logistics activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
3. Oversee import-export processes, including compliance with BOI regulations in Thailand.
4. Plan and manage warehouse operations, including inventory control and material handling.
5. Facilitate the seamless transition from raw materials to finished products.
6. Provide leadership and mentoring to the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
7. Collaborate with multinational teams and stakeholders to align supply chain objectives.
8. Set up new plants or logistics systems as required.
9. Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel abroad as needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in supply chain management in a multinational company.
3. Strong knowledge of logistics management, warehouse operations, and import-export processes.
4. Proficiency in SAP.
5. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
8. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
