Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and drive the sales team to meet and exceed both store and individual sales targets/KPIs.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and maximize profitability.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in line with company guidelines for optimal presentation.
• Coach and provide guidance to Sales Associates on product knowledge and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent delivery of outstanding service.
• Oversee store administration, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

At least 3 Year(s) of related working as a Store Manager or Supervisor roles with at least 4 years in retail industry (Fashion/Sports/Apparels related) is required for this position

- 6 days per week: Retail hours (Shifts, weekends and Public Holiday)

- Keen to challenge yourself in a competitive market

- Good organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

- Highly motivated with a willingness to get hands-on when required

- A "people" person with the ability to build strong professional relationships

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
