Introduction:

Location: Rayong

Responsibilities:

•        Source and develop potential domestic and overseas suppliers to support both the new product development and localization initiatives.
•        Work closely with engineers to translate technical specifications into sourcing requirements.
•        Executes contract negotiation to ensure compliance with contractual terms& conditions for assigned sourcing projects
•        Ensure standards of ethics, fairness in sourcing activities are maintained
•        Create and maintain accurate supplier records in the company's system to ensure supply capabilities, on-time delivery, quality and service.
•        Conduct comprehensive supplier evaluations, including screening, sampling, and trial runs. Perform audits to assess supplier quality, capacity, and

compliance.

•        Identify and research potential suppliers to optimize costs and minimize supply chain risks. Develop strategies to secure a stable and reliable supply chain.
•        Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers to meet company objectives.
•        Visit new suppliers to assess their capabilities and establish partnerships.

Requirements:

•        Bachelors degree or higher in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields
•        Preferred minimum experience of 5 years in Supply Chain, Sourcing for manufacturing (Direct/Indirect)
•        Excellent understanding of contractual terms and conditions, and commercial contract law
•        Strong knowledge in multiple commodities is added advantage
•        Strong negotiation and communication with good presentation skills
