Introduction:

Japanese F&B group looking for Social Media Manager * 5 days work per week (1pm to 10.30pm) Company Benefits *Monthly incentives from $650 to one month's basic salary (Company's target-driven) *$250 Medical claims annually *$200 Dental benefits annually *$300 Mental wellness benefits annually *Work meal provided.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage our social media platform - Instagram, TikTok, Lemon8, Telegram

2. Research and penetrate new platform - Xiao Hong Shu, YouTube

3. Plan Content Strategies for social media for four outlets’ branding and advertising, promotions, events

4. Research and comes up with engaging content to keep brands’ social presence

5. Able to do create artwork through Adobe suites or other designing software

6. Able to create and edit content through photography and videography with Adobe suites or other editing software

7. Create engaging and relevant captions

8. Plan and strategies paid ads for social media

9. Collect and analyse all Social Media posts’ data

10. Partake event planning, execution, and post-execution

11. Any adhoc duties as assigned by the Management Team

Requirements:

Very strong interest in Social Media Platforms

Strong analytical skills to improve social media posts and engagement.

Deep knowledge in Social Media Marketing

Creative and innovative to explore new and trending contents.

Passionate in creating contents for consumers.

Proactive and always in the look for new trends and social media platforms that aligns with our goals.

Initiative in coming up with new content strategies that aligns with our goals.

Strong communications skills, enabling effective collaboration within a dynamic team.

Organisational prowess, ensuring efficient content management and timely delivery.
