About the Role:

The individual will be responsible for developing, organizing, and conducting training programs aligned with the Company's business needs. This includes identifying new learning requirements for retail staff and developing or updating On-the-Job training and Standard Operating Procedure manuals.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly review and update in-house training materials to ensure they remain relevant in the constantly evolving retail landscape.
• Conduct regular shop visits and monitor Mystery Shopper Program results and customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Plan and conduct competency-based assessments for retail staff, including the management of training records.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Retail Management or other relevant discipline, preferably with Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment/ Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance
• At least 2 years of training experience in retail, hospitality, or any other service industry
• Able to design, develop and conduct classroom, e-learning and on-the-job training programmes
•  Familiar with the concepts and guidelines of Total Company Training Plan
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for staff development
