Introduction:

Right at the famous shopping belt, our client is hiring a Leasing personnel - Senior Executive or Assistant Manager Level.

Responsibilities:

Job Description

• Handle lease negotiations for new leases, renewals for portfolio assigned and follow-up with various lease documentations

• Evaluate and analyze tenants’ business performance as well as assisting to supervise tenants’ performance

• Establish and maintain excellent relationship with tenants

• Securing new tenancies, identify new market segments and prospects suitable for the mall

• Conduct market research to keep abreast of retail market trend

• Prepare annual rental budget, rental forecast and monthly management meeting reporting

• Formulate, develop and implement marketing strategies

• Any other duties as may be designated by the company

Requirements:

• Preferably with three (3) years & above relevant working experience in retail lease

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in real estate or equivalent

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of retail leasing

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and negotiating skills
