Introduction:

Senior Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure machinery and equipment support production effectively and continuously. Develop maintenance plans aligned with company goals.
• Oversee construction and infrastructure improvement projects, including machinery/equipment installation and optimization, focusing on efficient resource use, meeting deadlines, and quality standards.
• Manage both preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure machinery and equipment operate efficiently.
• Lead and develop the team to improve maintenance processes and reduce risks.
• Manage the maintenance budget and monitor expenses for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure sufficient stock of spare parts and equipment for emergencies.
• Provide reports on maintenance activities, frequent repairs, issues, and solutions.
• Ensure maintenance operations follow safety standards.
• Oversee projects related to construction, infrastructure improvements, and optimization of operations.
• Manage risks that may arise during projects and implement risk management plans.
• Provide reports on project progress and issues to senior management.
• Lead and develop the team to improve efficiency in engineering and civil works.
• Plan and manage the optimization of infrastructure and equipment for continuous and efficient operation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in managing maintenance operations in industrial factories, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Experience in overseeing the installation of machinery/equipment, such as Steam Boilers, Dryers, Coolers, Bucket Elevators, conveyor systems, or related machinery is a plus.
• At least 5-7 years of experience managing engineering projects in industrial plants or consulting.
• Experience in managing projects for plant improvements, development, or construction with an investment budget of 50-100 million Baht or more is preferred.
• Proficient in using relevant maintenance-related computer programs, such as SAP (preferred).
