Introduction:

Our client is a global SaaS provider specializing in interactive learning solutions. With a strong presence across education and corporate sectors, the platform supports millions of users worldwide and is expanding rapidly in the APAC region through its Singapore office.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a commercially driven Account Executive (or Senior Account Executive, depending on experience) to join the APAC sales team. This role is focused on driving growth across both the education and corporate segments, managing inbound leads, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. Youll play a key role in expanding the platforms footprint in the region and helping organizations unlock the full potential of digital learning.


  1. Manage inbound sales inquiries from educational institutions and corporate clients across APAC.
  2. Qualify leads, understand client needs, and guide prospects through the full sales cyclefrom initial engagement to contract closure.
  3. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion.
  4. Deliver tailored product presentations and proposals that address sector-specific challenges and goals.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  6. Execute targeted sales initiatives to drive regional growth and customer engagement.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with exposure to both education and corporate sectors preferred.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to understand and articulate the value of learning technologies in different organizational contexts.
  6. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics.
  7. Team-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
  8. Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
