Introduction:

Our client, a well-established minerals trading company (MNC) is urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

1. Handle account receivable, account payable and general ledger functions;
2. Handle general account functions (e.g.: data entries and prepare vouchers, etc.);
3. Prepare the exchange rate applied in the whole Group;
4. Perform loan and bank reconciliation;
5. Assist in month-end closing;
6. Maintain full set of books and relevant reports for small entities;
7. Carry out any ad hoc assignment from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Accounting, or a related field experience is preferred;
2. 1-2 years book-keeping / accounting experience in Trading or Manufacturing industry is preferred;
3. Fresh graduates will also be considered;
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word;
5. Experience in using FLEX accounting software is preferred;
6. Good command in both written and spoken English;
7. Detail-oriented and good interpersonal skill.
