Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify and target new market opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Drive sales growth through effective prospecting, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
• Update industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts and build a robust pipeline of potential customers.
• Conduct forecast sales performance and develop plans to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams, service departments, and manufacturing facilities to ensure efficient operations and achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering , Industrial Engineering or related fields
• More than 5 years of experience on Industrial sales & sales management
• Background from Metal, Automotive, FMCG, F&B industry,Logistics industry
• Expertise in products related to PET strap, steel strap, tools, airbags, parts, and services is a plus
• Ability to travel across the SEA region
