Introduction:

This role is responsible for the effective implementation management of SAP systems within a manufacturing environment and back offices and driving continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of SAP modules.
2. Ensure SAP system alignment with business needs and industry standards.
3. Collaborate with IT and business units to resolve system issues.
4. Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
5. Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
6. Lead cross-functional process improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
7. Provide training and support to SAP end-users.
8. Develop documentation and training materials.
9. Utilize SAP data for reporting and analysis to support strategic planning.
10. Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations.
11. Manage SAP and process improvement projects from start to finish.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP systems in a manufacturing environment.
3. Demonstrated experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
7. Project management experience is preferred.
8. Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
